Mona Singh is an Indian model and actress, known for her works in Hindi serials. She was born on 8 October 1981 in Chandigarh into a Sikh family. Her father was in the army. Singh is known for playing the leading roles as Jassi(Jasmeet Walia) in Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin,Mona Pradeep Singh in Kya Huaa Tera Vaada, winning the show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, and also for her role in the movie 3 Idiots. She has acted as the lead protagonist in two Balaji Telefilms shows Kya Huaa Tera Vaada & Pyaar Ko Ho Jaane Do. She is currently in the show Kavach…Kaali Shaktiyon Se as Paridhi.
