Disha Parmar is an Indian television actress, was born 11 November 1992 in Delhi, India. She played the role of Pankhuri in Star Plus’s  show Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Metha Pyaara Pyaara by Rajshri Productions. and she is very famous as Pankhuri.

Parmar completed her schooling from Sadhu Vaswani International School for Girls, Delhi. During her higher secondary education, she used to participate in dance competitions, plays and fashion shows. She has appeared on several print ads and commercials. She was in class 12th when she was offered to play the lead role of Pankhuri .
She grabbed the opportunity and made her debut. Disha was born on November 11, 1992 in Nagaon, Assam, India. She loves sports and has played basketball for 5 years.

Disha is an introvert person and do not talk to lot of people. She loves to listen music and sleep a lot. She eats proper and healthy food. She maintains her regular diet along with morning exercises to remain fit .
